Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that is why it is better to eat breakfast every day. A new study shows that skipping breakfast is bad for your health because it increases the risk of health problems.

A new research showed the effects of skipping breakfast on the long term. Experts are advising people to eat breakfast every day in order to have a healthy life. This study revealed that people who skip breakfast have a higher chance of developing health problems like heart diseases and high cholesterol.

The experts found a link between skipping breakfast and heart disease risk. The researchers showed that people who skip breakfast constantly are also more likely to have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

The experts mentioned that those who don’t eat breakfast have a higher chance of becoming obese or to have diabetes.  These findings were issued by AHA (American Heart Association). All of these findings were backed by other heart experts in the UK.

The researchers from Columbia University mentioned that they analyzed data showing the impact of food on our body. They were able to see that the time when we eat is very important for our body. The fact that we tend to eat more on the evening is increasing the risk for health problems and obesity.

People who eat breakfast every day are more likely to have a stronger immune system and a fit body. This is because our internal clock is set for us to eat 3 meals- breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When we skip one of them on a regular basis our internal clock is reset.

Breakfast is the time when we should eat the most. Of course, it is important to eat healthy during breakfast. In the morning we should eat fruits, cereals, and dairy products. This type of diet should be kept for all the meal. At lunch and dinner, we can add vegetables and white meat.

Meal timing is important. This is why it is better to eat at the same time every day in order for your internal clock to get used to the routine. This way you will lower the risk for diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
