A healthy diet keeps your brain healthy

Omega 3 is good in combination with acetyl-L-carnitine, an amino-acid which works as a memory booster. These nutrients can also prevent other types of dementia, besides Alzheimer’s.

These methods are not 100 percent effective against Alzheimer’s. However, they can help you lower the risk of developing the disease. Live a healthy lifestyle, consume plenty of nutrients, and try to keep your brain healthy by always engaging in cognitive activities.
