Duchess Kate Dances with Paddington Bear at Train Station

On Monday, Duchess Kate and her husband Prince William made a surprise appearance at the Paddington Bear train station in London. The royal couple, along with Prince Harry, met the popular character and were accompanied by some children from the charities they are helping. The three royals even took part in a special party for those kids.

It’s interesting that nobody expected Kate Middleton to make an appearance at this event, especially because she is reportedly still battling severe morning sickness, a condition known as Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Back in September, it was officially announced that the royal couple is expecting their third baby. The Duchess also suffered from this condition during her previous two pregnancies, with Prince George, now 4, and Princess Charlotte, now 2.

The dancing queen

Kate delighted those present at the event when she started dancing with the giant Paddington Bear right at the train station. She looked well, happy, and seemed to be having a very good time. Everyone around them was amused and they took pictures and videos.

It’s interesting that the Duchess has begun attending events again, after missing some because of her condition, like Prince George’s first day of school. This appearance comes just a few days after attending an event for the World Mental Health Day, along with Prince William and Prince Harry. That was also the first time when people noticed a tiny baby bump which could be seen thanks to her beautiful, baby blue, Temperley dress.

On Monday, after being greeted by the Paddington Bear and another star of the upcoming movie Paddington 2, Hugh Bonneville, the royal trio took a ride in some vintage, 20s and 30s carriages form the London station. In the United Kingdom, the movie is going to have its official premiere on November 10.
